Jr. Staff Program

Challengers Junior Staff members aid and assist Program Staff in daily activities and events. This could range from help in the games room, going to the swimming pool, serving snacks, and/or assistance with special events. The Junior Staff Program helps to build leadership characteristics, give hands on job experience, and instill responsibility and mentoring skills to our older members.

If you are going into 7th through 12th grade and are interested in becoming a Junior Staff for our Summer Challengers Program please sign up at front counter from March 28 to April 15th. We will conduct an informal interview process early May to select up to 12 new Junior Staff Members. Schedules will be determined by the Challengers Director and the Junior Staff Member on an individual basis. If you have served in the past you are not guaranteed a Junior Staff position. Each applicant will be considered equally.

There is no weekly charge for a Junior Staff to attend the Challengers Clubhouse; however they do need to be a current club member. The annual membership fee is $25, which is current September 1^st – August 31^st.
