Our Summer Program is a safe place for children 5 to 18 years of age to attend during the summer and interact with positive adult role models (5 year olds must be entering into Kindergarten & may attend on a trial basis).  Our hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Qualified staff provides structured activities in several areas of learning and fun.  Scholarships are available so that the program is affordable for everyone.  Programs include:  indoor-outdoor athletic activities, games room tournaments, arts & crafts projects, computer fun, and educational activities in our Venture Center.  Also please remember our Annual Membership expires at the end of the Summer Program.  All 2012-2013 memberships expire on August 16^th.  For more information about our program and our policies and procedures, please pick up a Membership Handbook at the front counter.  Reminder, to best serve your child this facility is not a daycare facility; it is intended to provide youth development programs.

Annual Membership Fee

The Annual Membership fee is a one-time $25.00 fee per child.  The Annual Membership period is from the beginning of the School Year program until the end of the Summer Program. We do not have a sliding membership fee scale for multiple family members.  Hours of operation are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Scholarships are available for those who qualify.  Inquire at the Front Counter.

Orchards Clubhouse Summer Registration Fee

After you have paid your Summer Membership there is noadditional cost for the Orchards Clubhouse Program between the hours of 10:00am to 6:00 pm.  We will offer an Early Bird Program (weekly fee based) this summer between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 am.

Early Bird Program

This summer we will offer the Early Bird Program.  This fee based program is designed to help those families who need a positive place for Club Members 5 to 18 years of age to go during the hours of 7:00 and 10:00 am.  Breakfast will also be included in this program and served between 8:00 and 8:45 am only.  The cost of this program is $25.00 per week (last week of summer is $20) and must be paid in advance of the week attending (The Friday before the Monday attending)  Reduced weekly rates will be available if you qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch.  We ask that you do not bring your child to the Club before 7:00 am.  ColorTyme Scholarships do not cover the Early Bird Program.  You may pay for multiple weeks at one time for your convenience.  If you wish to pay for the entire summer in advance, we will offer a reduced rate of $200.00.  Pay for 8 weeks and get 2 free! (No refunds/credits available for missed weeks) This program is not designed for every Club Member.

Lunch

A free lunch is provided at Centennial Elementary School to all Club Members thanks to the Lewiston School District.  Lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30 pm.  The Clubhouse will be closed during lunch hours.  If your child chooses not to eat the provided lunch they may bring a sack lunch.  We ask that you do not send any food items that need to be cooked or microwaved at the Club.  I.E., Top Ramen, Frozen Food, etc.  Please also provide them with utensils.
