- Camp registrations will begin on May 2 and end on June 15. Registrations after June 15 will be taken ONLY if there are open spots in a camp and will include a $15 late fee.

- All registrants MUST have a 2023 summer club membership ($50 fee) to register for a summer sport camp. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and lunch (if requested) at the end of each camp session.
- NOTE #1 - beginning with summer 2023 camps, all Club sport registrations will be processed using our online My Club Hub Parent Portal on our website. Our registrations will be paperless.
- NOTE #2 - We will only be offering one (1) daily camp session for each camp week. In the past, we split some camps into morning and afternoon sessions. This summer, we will have MORNING sessions (8:30-11:45) ONLY. Parents can drop off campers as early as 8AM each day. We will NOT be providing pre-camp transportation from our other clubhouses; however, we will provide transportation to our other clubhouses AFTER each daily camp session (if requested by parent).
- NOTE #3 - Our BASKETBALL Camp will be held at our Normal Hill campus. All other camps will be held at our Lewiston Orchards Clubhouse.
- We monitor heat and air quality index (AQI) each morning. If the AQI is above 150 (unhealthy range) prior to the start of a daily camp session, we will cancel camp for the day and contact all parents via emails, social media posts and our Textcaster text alert communication service.
