ATTENTION PARENTS: Participation in all Club programs requires a current (2022-23 school year) Club membership. If you are from a rural area outside of Lewiston, Clarkston or Asotin, please contact our athletic department for details at

Return completed form and payment to either our Lewiston or Clarkston Club by the December 15th Deadline. The late registration period will run from Dec. 16-22 and include a $15 late fee.

NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DECEMBER 22.

(Please Note: Discounted registrations cannot be processed online. If your child/children are eligible for discounted fees, you must register onsite at either our Clarkston or Lewiston Club locations.
